Through the combination of VisionFit SC and 2WIN or VisionFit SC and Kaleidos, the operator can perform an objective and subjective exam in just a few minutes. By introducing these wireless, wearable, light-weight, and highly innovative devices to the medical space, we envision a minimalistic and modern future for clinical ophthalmic examinations. How does it work?

The Mobile Wireless Refraction System (MWRS) is the combination of 2WIN and VisionFit SC or Kaleidos and VisionFit SC. In MWRS configuration the two devices work together in a synchronized way: 2WIN or Kaleidos measures the objective refraction and sends the data to VisionFit SC. 

The prescription obtained from the objective refraction can be applied to the VisionFit SC lenses just tapping on a tablet’s button. In this way the operator can immediately proceed with the subjective refraction starting from the objective exam’s results.

2WIN - Binocular refractometer and vision analyzer

2WIN is a mobile binocular refractometer and vision analyzer that measures both eyes at the same time, in real life vision conditions. It fully detects refractive errors, sight anomalies and amblyogenic factors.

Kaleidos - First and Unique Binocular Vision Analyzer

Kaleidos is a mobile binocular refractometer and vision analyzer. The device serves as a darkroom and allows the exam to be performed in any light condition: while the patient looks inside of it, the system automatically detects refractive errors in less than three seconds.

VisionFit SC is an innovative, electronically controlled, mobile and wearable system of lenses. It performs the subjective sight examination combining the features of the phoropter and the wearability of the trial frame.

Connectivity

MWRS system, being the top-of-the-line objective and subjective refraction system, uses Wifi and Bluetooth connection to synchronize with all our devices as well as the control panel. MWRS system is totally wireless and mobile, allowing you to optimize the time of examination and make it more comfortable and accurate.

The system is controlled by an app that can be downloaded on an Android tablet. The tablet serves as a control panel that receives data from 2WIN, Kaleidos, VisionFit SC and allows you to manage both objective and subjective refraction in an easy way. 

MWRS system allows you to work at the comfort of your desk, while the patient can be standing, seated or any other desired position.
Due to the fast and reliable Wifi connection the system transmit data in real time, minimizing the examination process.

The Bluetooth functionality of the equipment makes it easier than ever before to pair with the Android tablet. 
Moreover, the tablet app is constantly updated, allowing you to always have the latest and greatest technology available for your practice.

Portable and Rechargeable

The Refractive System allows the professional to accommodate his entire refraction practice in a single carry-on that can be taken immediately to practice everywhere.

To ensure portability and functionality, all devices of the system are equipped with rechargeable and replaceable battery packs. Those battery packs provide 2-3 day charges, which give peace of mind that your equipments are ready to use when needed. The ability to use the refractive system over and over without a charge is an incredible benefit for fast-paced ophthalmic clinics.
